Appearance: Same as pic, wears pants made of what looks like scales. He has wings and a tail of a dragon. He can make his hands and legs turn to dragon arms and legs but can't go full dragon.

Personality: Mysterious type, but seems to not care what anyone thinks of him, can be destructive if provoked
Bio: Regin is a dragon born with a human body with dragon wings and tail. He is a rare thing for sure, not many have been born in this way before not in many many centuries. He was born to a powerful male and female dragon who, even though he looked human, loved him and raised him teaching him how to be a dragon and to avoid humans. When he became older he left his parents to explore the world and found humans fun to torment and perhaps mate with once in awhile. He had been a pretty little rarity that some humans tried to hunt down, but he always over powered them, but not before getting a scar or two. Most were small but others were large and long lasting like the one on his chest. (See pic)
